Throughout the tour, participants will have opportunities to engage in professional discussions, reflect on observations, and explore how Japanese educational philosophies and teaching practices can be adapted to their own contexts. Educators will gain fresh perspectives on student independence, collaborative learning, classroom management, and creating positive school cultures.
