Through meaningful dialogue and self-reflection, you will gain valuable insights into facilitating courageous conversations around equity and inclusion.
Participants will engage in four pre-arranged school visits, observing best practices in equity and inclusion. You will have the chance to interact with school staff and board members, learning about the strategies and supports that help all learners reach their fullest potential.
In addition to the educational components, the tour includes engaging group activities. Enjoy a trip to Niagara Falls, where you will experience the awe-inspiring beauty of this natural wonder while building connections with fellow educators. You'll also explore the vibrant city of Toronto with a guided tour, visiting iconic landmarks and cultural hotspots to enrich your understanding of the local context.
